Quick answers
Delete your account and data
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate — your profile, diary, weights, recipes and household links are removed, and any household partner loses access to your history at the same moment. If you signed in with Apple or Google, the provider link is severed as part of deletion. If you can no longer access the app, email support@macropair.com from the address on your account and we will complete the deletion for you.
Cancel or manage your subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple and managed in your device settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MacroPair. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the current period ends. For refunds, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com.
Invite your partner, or leave a household
To invite: Settings → Household → Invite — share the code or link, and your partner accepts in their own app. To leave: Settings → Household → Leave household. Leaving is instant and severs visibility both ways, including history. Invited by someone? Follow your link or visit macropair.com/join.
Export your data
Email support@macropair.com from your account's address and we will send a machine-readable export of your diary, weights and recipes. An in-app export is planned.
Something didn't sync
MacroPair queues offline changes and reconciles them automatically on the next connection. If an entry looks stuck, open the app while online and pull down on the Today screen. Still wrong after a minute? Send a bug report with the approximate time of the entry in your local timezone.
A food's numbers look wrong
Catalog data comes from USDA and Open Food Facts, and labels change. You can edit any food you log — and if a packaged item's serving size fails our plausibility checks the app will already have flagged it. Reports of specific wrong foods are genuinely useful: include the barcode if you have it.
