TDEE calculator — for one of you, or both

Estimate how many kcal each of you burns in a day. Fill in one column or two — the math runs per person, because two bodies never share one number.

You

Pick from daily life, not gym sessions — training varies too much day to day to hide inside one multiplier.

Your partner (optional)

Leave this column empty if you're calculating solo today.

About this calculator

Basal metabolic rate is estimated with the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, the standard clinical formula for resting energy in kcal. Your total daily energy expenditure is that BMR multiplied by an activity factor between 1.2 and 1.725 that covers ordinary daily movement.

Two limits worth knowing. First, equations infer from averages — they cannot see your genetics, your history or your hormones. Second, a static estimate ages badly: expenditure drifts as weight, activity and adherence change. Treat the number as a starting point for the first two weeks, not a verdict.
